Activision is in trouble...

Apparently Activision likes stealing ideas. Spark Unlimited is the company behind the Call of Duty, and they are suing Activision for breach of contract. Apparently the upcoming Call of Duty: Big Red One was Spark's idea, and they say Activision stole it. Spark also claims that they never received payments that royalties from Activision like they were supposed to. This lawsuit could potentially push back Big Red One from its November release.
