You know if that is a fake, that is a pretty good fake. Though Nintendo isn't one to just release a pure 2 screen platformer, so the question is what does the touch screen add to the gameplay? If nothing then I think its a fake.
I hope it's not a fake. Kid Icarus is in serious need of a comeback. Coincidentally, I've been playing KI for original Gameboy like a fiend lately.

As you can see, they are exactly the same in every way, they are clearly photoshopped. (Look in the bottom left corner, it has version something or other there.
