Violent Video Game Bill passes, waits for Terminator's signature
The Violent Video Game bill has passed through the California assembly, and now all it needs is Mr. Schwarzenegger's signature to be offical. This bill basically says that it is against the law to sell violent (rated M) games to minors. The bill also states that violent games have to be clearly labeled so. While this bill has been proposed and shot down numerous times, I think it is safe to say we can thank the guys over at Rockstar for it passing this time. Now time will tell if these laws get passed on to other states.
