I find it cool looking but Nintendo not.
On second look bad photoshop job.
The graphics are horrible around the GBA SP, Nintendo and Gameboy Advanced SP.

I think the big giveaway is the fact that "Who are you" is Nintendo of America's thing, that's not Nintendo of Japan's advertising campaign.
