Splinter Cell Heads to Revolution

First off, I haven't heard this news anywhere else, and something about it is just fishy. I don't know why I get that feeling, but I just do. It has been said over at GameCube Advanced that UbiSoft is undoubtably bringing the next installment of the Splinter Cell series to Revolution. I thought I heard rumblings not too long ago that the next Splinter Cell would come out for PS2, Xbox, Xbox360 and GameCube. Perhaps development of that title has moved to next generation systems, or perhaps this story is just bogus. As reported earlier, UbiSoft intends to fully support the Revolution, so its not that hard to believe that the new Splinter Cell will show up. Something tells me that perhaps the people at GameCube Advanced heard the news that UbiSoft is supporting the Revolution, so they figured that Splinter Cell would show up. I could be wrong, and its definatley possible that this game has been confirmed by UbiSoft themselves. I will send them an email tonight and see what I get. I will keep this news story as it is, without a *RUMOR* marking for now.
