Revolution ALMOST Wins Joystiq Poll
Joystiq.com is a great news site for information on all things video games. Recently they ran a poll asking which next generation console you would buy. You were allowed to vote for one, two, or all three systems if you planned on getting them. Here are the results
As you can see, the Revolution had a very, very strong second place showing, just missing first place by a little over 100 votes. This is a great indication of how the Revolution is doing as far as public mindset among gamers. Joystiq doesn't lead towards any of the three console makers as their favorite, they equally respect them all. You may ask why Sony came in a distant third. Perhaps its the fact that the PS3 is rumored to be a very, VERY expensive system. Hell, I don't want to pay the $400 dollar price tag for the Xbox360 they just announced! I know there are a $300 and $400 dollar version...but if you want the hard drive with it at launch, it makes more sense to buy the $400. I am STILL not happy about it though!

I don't trust these polls... they're just to easy to manipulate by people who want to push their console. And be honest, why should present xbox/ps2 gamers want to switch to Nintendo at this time as no info or even media has been shown?? other than the price, which hasn't really been an argument in past generations imho, but facing the pricing MS and Sony have anounced, this may be in fact be Revolutions chance! If Nintendo doesn't screw it up once more...
Wow Kevin, this 'someone' is a Nintendo fan and I guess thats why you let his last sentence go without a word from you, but if i had said some hard truth about Nintendo screwing up once more I'd have you to answer to...
Its a comments section, he can say whatever he wants! Doesn't make what he said truth! I dont agree with his screw up statement at all, but he is allowed to say it! Theres a difference between truth and opinion. You tell me some hard truth and then we will talk.
